Manh Khang (“Harry”) Lam is a paralegal at the SKT office in Vietnam. Mr. Lam gained his valuable legal experience during a previous internship at High-Level People’s Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, before graduating with Bachelor of Laws at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. During his time at university, he was a member of Legal Propaganda Team in Binh Duong Province, a Deputy Secretary of the faculty, and organized many academic contests.
